1. RI provides a timing service, whereby RI issues at least 30 to 50 stock projections each month.
   a. The subscription fee to this service is forty-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents($49.99.) per month.
   
   
2. RI directs business to the independent individual who is seeking potentially  more consistent returns by taking a more proactive approach through a timing service.
   
   
3. RI only makes stock projections from the following exchanges; AMEX, NYSE, and Nasdaq.
   
   
4. RI uses technical chart analysis to make stock projections.
   a). RI strategies include entering long and short positions by "trading" (buying & selling same security within 30 days).
   
   
5. RI does not require clients to have any special training, but does strongly encourage clients to acquire as much information as possible in studying the market.  Suggested study would include "Wallstreet Money Machine vol 1 " by Wade Cook. & RI does not receive any compensation on this recommendation.
   
   
6. RI does not enter stock or option trades contrary to its recommendations as issued to clients.
   a. RI does not share in profits nor receive any additional compensation from profits made by clients through profitable trades.  Clients keep all their profit$.
   
   
7. RI does not hold client funds and does not have discretionary trading authority. Client funds are held separately and independently of RI.
   
   
8. To ensure full compliance with the  various state agencies where required, Regal Investments requires its personnel to pass a background check. This is done to maintain the integrity of the stock projections.
